"We are all from out of town and lost our 8th man. We plan on having a tournament over the weekend and would love to find our 8th to make it 2 (4) Man scramble teams. Be awesome to have this person commit to all 4 rounds we plan on playing. 9/4 Bent Creek 3PM , 9/5 Island Pointe 9AM, 9/6 Sevierville Country Club River 9:40 AM, Highland 2:25 PM. This is a fantasy football league that is having our annual golf trip. We also have room at our house rental if you would like to hang out the whole weekend. We will host a draft for teams to see everyones handicaps to make teams fare."

Browse the feed and click "View Tee Time" on any round that interests you. If there are open spots, you'll see a "Reserve My Spot" button on the round detail page. Click it and your reservation is in — the host gets notified immediately and the round shows up in your My Rounds feed.

It depends on how the host set up green fees. If they chose "Pay at Course," everyone pays the course directly on the day of the round — nothing goes through the app. If the host pre-paid or is collecting fees, you'll see the per-player amount listed and will need to confirm payment to the host through the app before or on the day of the round.

The round appears in your My Rounds feed with all the details — date, time, course, and who's playing. The host gets a notification that you've joined. If green fees are being collected, you'll be prompted to confirm payment. You'll also get a reminder notification as the tee time approaches so nothing slips through the cracks.

Yes. Open the round detail page and use the leave option. Canceling before the host's close window is a clean cancel — no impact on your record. Canceling inside the close window (e.g., within 24 hours) is logged as a late cancel on your Honorability record. Not showing up without any notice is the most significant mark and is visible to future hosts.

Each host sets a close window when creating the round — typically 12 or 24 hours before tee time. Once you're inside that window, the round locks: you can no longer join or leave on your own. This protects hosts who've already made arrangements. The close window is shown on every round card so you always know when the cutoff is.

Honorability tracks how reliably you show up for the rounds you commit to. Late cancels, no-shows, and unpaid fees are noted in your log, which hosts and other players can see on your profile. A clean record makes it easier to get into rounds and builds trust with the community. Completing rounds in good standing is the best way to grow a strong reputation.

A Recruiting round means the host wants to play but hasn't locked in a course or tee time yet. They've posted a location and date range to gauge interest. You can express a preference for tee time and green fees, and if there's enough demand the host will confirm a course and time. Your spot isn't locked until the round converts from Recruiting to confirmed.

Some hosts set a preferred skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Any Level) when posting. It's their preference for the pace and style of play — not a hard entry gate. If you're unsure whether you're a good fit, you can view the host's profile or message them directly from the round page before reserving.

If a host cancels, everyone who reserved a spot gets notified right away. The cancellation has zero impact on your Honorability record — it's entirely on the host's side. Repeated last-minute host cancellations are tracked and visible on their profile, so the community can make informed decisions about joining their rounds.

Group-only rounds are visible only to members of a specific JoinMyRound group. If you're already a member of that group, you can join. Invite Only rounds are fully closed — only players the host has personally invited can participate, and they won't appear in the public feed. Public rounds are open to anyone browsing. The round's visibility is always listed in the round settings panel.
